Homeschool at the Nature Center March 3, 2011

Join us for an exciting year learning about the ecosystems of Southeastern Connecticut and adjacent Rhode Island. By the end of the year students will gain a full understanding of what an ecosystem is and how the living and non-living parts of the ecosystem work together. Each class will investigate a different aspect of the ecosystem including plants, animals, habitats, food webs and natural cycles. In order to gain an understanding of the diversity of ecosystems in our area we will have fieldtrips to Barn Island, Napatree Point and Devil's Hopyard State Park.
