Industry Praise for “Insignificant Others,” also by Jay Kuo
“[A] wonderful collection of songs ranging from comic to dramatic, rousingly political to poignantly bittersweet….Kuo's lyrics are a hoot…."Insignificant Others" weaves an irresistible new tale of the City.”

“Funny and very moving”
--Bay Area Reporter
“Tony Kushner’s Carolyn, or Change aside, there has not been one truly exciting modern musical in my opinion…until now. The book and melodies blow my mind, they are so complete and lyrical. Brilliant…a revelation of very human, often-unspoken thoughts and desires. Who else writes musicals like that? Sondheim? Finn?”
