Home School Program: Maple Syrup Time March 11, 2010

Celebrate the return of spring by tapping a maple tree and learning the process of turning sap into syrup. You'll even get to sample some of the deliciousness! This program is designed specifically for home school groups. Home school children and their families are invited out to the nature center on specified Thursdays throughout the school year to explore a variety of natural phenomena. Programs vary depending on season and are created to offer hands-on activities to students ages 5 and older. All students should be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required.
