Home Opener Against Lake State October 1, 2011

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Looking to pack the house on the opening night of the 33rd season of UAH hockey, the UAH Department of Athletics is pleased to announce that upstairs general admission tickets for the season opener against Lake Superior State on Saturday, Oct. 1 will be free.
The free tickets for the 7 p.m. contest will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis that night at the Von Braun Center box office.
Reserved downstairs tickets for the showdown with the Lakers will be available for $10 and can be purchased in advance or the night of at the box office, by calling (256) 551-2345, or by visiting ticketmaster.com.
The Lake Superior State game marks the first opportunity for Charger fans to see the 2011-12 squad in action, and it will also be the first time UAH takes to the ice since the multimillion-dollar renovations at the Propst Arena at the VBC were completed.
