Frederic G. Kenyon was a scholar of ancient languages, Director of the British Museum, and an editor of publications regarding both of the Brownings. His daughter was well known for her excavations of Jericho and Jerusalem and for her refinement of the stratigraphic technique. A joint exhibition of research materials from the Kathleen Kenyon Archeology Collection housed in Moody Memorial Library and from the Armstrong Browning Library showcases a few of their outstanding works.
