It’s All the Fun of the Fair at the Hollycombe Steam Collection’s Traditional Fairground Weekend on 21st and 22nd July 2012.

Experience the thrill of a race on the visiting Supercar Dodgem Track, everyone’s favourite ride!*

Be enthrilled by the famous truly Victorian sideshow “Voltini”; be amazed as 'Madame Electra', the voluptuous lady of lightning defies death in the electric chair. See the impossible become possible as Electra withstands 27,000 volts searing through her body. Or be enthralled as Professor Voltini demonstrates how to swallow a sword (a 100% genuine phenomenon).*

These will be accompanied by a visiting juvenile roundabout, side stalls, showman’s livery steam engines, a wide selection of fairground organs, models and transport.

All of this alongside Hollycombe’s resident Edwardian steam fairground, two steam railways and traction engine hauled rides.
