Holiday in the Park November 19, 2010

Magnolia Park Partnership kicks off the season with Holiday in the Park, the most joyful social gathering of the year and one of the biggest neighborhood celebrations in the region on Friday, November 19 from 5:30 to 9:30 P.M. in Burbank.

Encompassing hundreds of boutiques and eateries and spanning more than 40 blocks, Holiday in the Park attracts thousands of revelers annually. Friends and families will experience a night of merriment with tons of in-store events, street caroling, gifts and prizes. Plus, it’s all completely free!

There will be continuous live entertainment on the main stage, free photos with Santa, an ice sculptor, roving choirs, musicians, refreshments, lots of fun for kids, demonstrations and lip-smacking treats galore. The celebration extends from Buena Vista to the Burbank city limits on Magnolia Boulevard and from Clark to Chandler on Hollywood Way.

Passports packed with holiday treats and scintillating offers will lead merrymakers on a treasure hunt to such exceptional boutiques and eateries as Bell Cottage, Cobblestone Gift & Floral, Dark Delicacies, It’s a Wrap, Mindfulnest, Monte Carlo Deli, The Enchanted Florist and countless others. When the Passport is stamped at 15 locations, participants are eligible to win amazing grand prizes. Passports will be available in stores and, coming soon, on-line at www.magnoliaparkburbank.org
