Holiday Entertaining: A Cooking Class with Chef Melissa Petitto

The sudden dip in temperature has alerted us that the holidays are just around the corner. With that comes seasonal parties with friends, co-workers and often times people you don't know very well. We've hosted many parties over the years and know that making a good impression with food is just as important as having time to celebrate with your guests.
Join Pravassa and Chef Melissa Petitto as we lead you through a cooking class that's designed to wow your senses, impress your guests and have them ask you for your recipe at the end of the night. Our intimate group will gather on a Thursday evening in New York's famed South Street Seaport for a three hour class in a private loft space. We'll show you how to prep your dishes and get cooking. Then, you'll enjoy a special signature cocktail while you savor your creations.
Pricing (per person)- $99
All prices include: food, alcohol, kitchen supplies, a 2 hour cooking class, a sit-down tasting, coffee and a take home recipe package.
