This hands-on class begins with a demonstration of proper techniques for mixing, piping, rolling, and cutting a variety of doughs flavored with spices, fruits, and nuts. Then, you'll team up in small groups to bake an assortment of cookies, from crisp pfeffernüsse and fragrant vanilla crescents to chocolate crinkles and melt-in-your-mouth cranberry-orange almond sables.
