Hoboken Ragamuffin Halloween Parade October 31, 2011

To participate: Line of march setup for the parade is on Washington St. bet. 12th & 13th Streets beginning at 3:30pm; parade begins at 4:00pm; Parade will feature bands, floats and more. Followed by a costume contest at Little League Field on 5th St. & River Terrace. Prizes awarded in five age categories.
