Join us for the first hike in the series as we hike along a Loess Hills ridgetop through scenic prairie to reach our destination- McIntosh Pioneer Cemetery, founded in 1874. This trail is only accessible with a PCCB staff member and is not considered open to the public. See the spring wildflowers of the prairie including the blue-eyed grass, puccoons and locoweed and learn about our plans to conduct a prescribed burn on the cemetery later this summer. Cost: $2.00 per person and includes on-trail refreshments.
