It's the roaring 20's and you – you lucky stiff – you've got the hottest ticket in town: an invite to the American debut of the stunning Siberian sensation, Ruskie Rose Lee. But mayhem soon ensues when the starlet is found dead before she even has a chance to take the stage! Who done it? Was it the vengeful Russian mobster, Boris Badenough?
