History Ink: The Tattoo Archive Project November 2, 2012

This exhibition shares highlights of History, Ink: The Tattoo Archive Project, the Valentine Richmond History Center's exploration of the growing interest in tattoos and tattoo culture in Richmond. Participants not only shared their designs, but also their associated stories and meaning. The images and others will be added to the History Center’s extensive photograph collection, which documents both Richmond’s past and present. The History Center is closed on Mondays.
