Real estate professionals will be able to attend a 2 day course that will provide a comprehensive overview of issues related to the buying and selling of historic homes, as well as being a responsible steward of historic homes.
Real estate professionals will learn to identify architectural styles, how to work with Local/State/National resources for financial and technical assistance, learn about regulations and standards for the rehabilitation of historic homes, and network with restoration professionals, historic homeowners, and tap into online historic real estate resources through a partnership with PreservationDirectory.com (more information at www.eclecticpreservation.com/certification-process).
