Historic Preservation Tax Credit Workshop July 17, 2010

Preservation Louisville is presenting a Historic Preservation Tax Credit Workshop on July 17 at 10 a.m. at the Brennan House, 631 S. 5th St., 540-5146. The workshop is held quarterly and meant to help property owners learn how to utilize the historic preservation tax credit. Preservation Louisville, along with the Kentucky Heritage Council, will work with the workshop participants on how to properly finish the three-part application for the historic preservation tax credit.

Advance registration is required. This is a hands-on, active learning workshop and class size is limited. Registration fee: $25.
