In just a few weeks His Holiness arrives in Sydney and with the enormous international attention on the Tibet issue, interest in the Sydney Teachings is spreading around the country and the world.

His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama will hold a media opportunity at 8.30am on Wednesday 11 June at a place to be announced. What form this media opportunity will take is yet to be announced however it is envisaged that His Holiness will not be available for one on one interviews. Please note that His Holiness’s visit is specifically for his teachings on the stages of meditation.

His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama comes to Sydney from Wednesday 11 to Sunday 15 June to deliver one of his favourite teachings. From compassion and calm abiding to achieving wisdom, the Nobel Peace Laureate explains the principles of meditation over 5 days, in a practice-orientated format at The Dome, within the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park.

People from all works of life and from all over Australia and the world have decided that this is a special time and a special opportunity to be able to ‘spend a week’ with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Sydney.

His Holiness has committed to maintaining his schedule of teachings.
