10am - Belly Dance Fitness/Cardio We will combine the best of the Original LuuLuu's Belly Dance Fitness as well as the latest Belly Dance Cardio to get you in shape while you find the belly dancer spirit. Calisthenics and choreographed dances are included in this dynamic class.
11am Hula Hoop - This is not your childhood hula hoop. This is a serious workout using weighted hoops to workout your entire body. Must have fitness hoop to participate. ( we recommend www.sporthoops.com Trim Hoop 3B and arm hoops are optional but highly recommended)
