Come dine with us and enjoy a mystery set in the bygone days of the Sixties. When not sleuthing, kick back and feel free to sing along and dance along to the classic old pop and rock tunes from the 1960’s.Psychedelic!

First and foremost, this event is intended to be fun. Like a late-night party with old friends. Good food, nostalgic music, romantic dancing to the Oldies. Audience participation group games and contests [such as The Limbo in the '60s show, for example] are also to be expected. Most importantly, it’s meant as a farce and as a parody! BLAST FROM THE PAST is an interactive comedy spoof of the pop culture of an America long gone -- the America of our youth, or of our parents’ youth. Sure, sometimes our irreverent, politically incorrect satire is scorching, yet there is always a layer of affection in the writing. Silly? Maybe, at times -- but in a good Saturday Night Live / Monty Python / Mel Brooks kind of way. And remember, “Retro” is the theme. If you wanna come in period costume -- go for it. We’ll even give a little prize for the best one.But it’s not required. Just come in semi-formal otherwise. Add to all this just a hint of mystery, just enough so as not to spoil the party atmosphere. We’re not all about forensics, dead bodies, a gazillion clues and all that jazz. We’d rather you all check your brains at the door after a hard week at the job. So grab some wine, eat hardy, kick back, relax, dance a bit with your main squeeze... and let our cast of comedians take you on a laugh-filled journey back. BLAST FROM THE PAST.
