Hiking Trail Maintenance November 18, 2010

Meet at: Maintenance Shop. Park staff needs assistance repairing the wood steps at the base of Hanging Rock on the Hanging Rock Trail. This is manual labor and will include digging, hammering, and carrying buckets of fill dirt, timbers, and stone up to 200 yards up hill. Meet at the park maintenance compound to be transported to the work site. Bring work gloves, sunscreen, lunch, and water. Work will end at 3:00. Call 336-593-8480 to sign up.
