This is a presentation by University of Michigan colleagues Drs. George Lavoie and David Reuss that addresses the unique approaches needed to photograph engine combustion and flow visualization. With past experience in the automobile industry (Lavoie at Ford, and Reuss at GM), the speakers will describe looking through quartz windows with high speed cameras.
