Geoffrey Moore, Best-selling author of "Dealing with Darwin: How Great Companies Innovate at Every Phase of Their Evolution" is our guest speaker this June 16th. Geoffrey says this will be a highly interactive time spent learning about the "hierarchy of powers" that organizations find themselves in. Even more compelling though, are Geoffrey's ideas on how companies handle themselves when they find they have moved out of place in the hierarchy. Some may not even realize their power has shifted, and when they do, they don't have a clear path on decision making about how to resolve the issue.
Geoffrey will share with us the types of power that organizations are ranked in and a methodology for thinking through the decision making process to change that ranking.
