Hestia's Women's Day of Wellness May 4, 2013

TAKE A SHORT FERRY RIDE AND SPEND THE DAY ON BEAUTIFUL, MAGICAL VASHON ISLAND.

On May 4 from 9-6 at Vashon CoHousing, Hestia Retreat will host a day just for women. Take part in sessions on Ayurvedic nutrition, empowered embodiment, meditation, dance, shamanic journeys, stress reduction, organizing your home, gentle yoga, and more.

Limited to 75 participants, this event will ignite and inspire you. There will also be opportunities to enjoy back and essential oil face massage, try Reiki, get intuitive readings, talk with a life coach, and other wellness-enhancing options.

Full day registration is $90, and half day (morning or afternoon) is $50 (wellness options are extra). Scholarship and volunteer opportunities are available as is inexpensive offsite childcare. Give this gift to yourself.
