At the bazaar sponsored by the Independent Senior-And-Younger Service Organizations, or ISAYSO, Carl brings his last three cats to his Pet Res-Q booth, hoping to adopt them out to good homes. Somehow all three cats get loose!

But what could be easier than herding three frightened cats back to their carriers and away from the cotton candy, the yarn lady, the fish and shrimp guy, and all the rest?
