Using henna to temporarily dye skin is a tradition that goes back thousands of years. In this class, participants will learn about henna, how to mix henna paste, and how to apply it to skin and hair. Many people use henna to create beautiful tattoos on their hands, feet, and torsos.
This class will be on Saturday afternoon at the Yoga College, 520 Nebraska St., Sioux City IA. The class will begin at 1:00 pm and last about an hour and a half. It will be taught by Karnak, a local henna artist. Preregister before April 23rd, and the cost will only be $30. There will be a family discount too, so two people can attend for only $25 each. After April 23rd, the cost wil be $35 per person.
