Britain, 2007, Gary Hustwit
Helvetica is the ubiquitous, quintessentially contemporary, sans serif typeface that was designed in Switzerland in 1957. This popular new documentary about the now 50-year-old font is a study of typography, graphic design and global visual culture. It looks at the proliferation of this one font in light of the ways design affects our lives. Cleveland premiere.
