Helping Job Seekers Succeed June 22, 2010

Join us on Tuesday, June22nd at 6:30pm at St. Mary Immaculate Parish in the Faith Sharing Room, located at 15629 South Rt. 59, Plainfield. There is no cost to attend, pre-registration in not required and everyone is welcome. Our members represent all ages, work backgrounds and future desires. Dress is casual.

If you are new to networking, come for the special 6:30pm introduction to networking tools like the Handbill and the Elevator Speech.

At 7:00pm, Steve Grosskopf, Career Advisor, from Community Career Center in Naperville and owner of Gobie, Inc. Staffing and Recruiting will speak about job market trends and tips for job seekers.

Following Steve’s remarks, you can participate in a structured Networking Session, so bring at least 20 copies of your handbill or resume Or, if you prefer, you can work one-on-one with coaches to improve your resume or networking tools; practice via a mock interview or just talk with someone from our
Spiritual/Transition team who understands and cares.
