Hello Hokkaido combines the complex rhythms of funk with the fun and engaging musicality of pop rock. Honest lyrics are woven together with multi-layered harmonies to create a unique sound and strong style. The band has described their music as being a blend of the Hungry Kids Of Hungary and Powderfinger, with a healthy dose of the Killers and just a hint of Coldplay. They intend to keep actively writing and performing their music and making a name for themselves as one of Brisbane’s original and strong new musical acts.
