Heirloom's Costa Mesa Rubber Stamp & Paper Arts Festival September 12, 2010

You’ll find wonderful exhibitors and products for stamping, scrapbooking and the many forms of paper arts. New techniques will be demonstrated during the festival.

We collect cards for troops to send home to their loved ones to celebrate birthday, anniversaries, holidays, as well as sympathy and thank you cards. Our partner, the Coalition for Troop Support includes the cards in Comfort Boxes, sent directly to our soldiers.
