Join us for one of four free seminars to hear from renowned heart attack prevention expert Jeffery Fine, Ph.D., and cardiac clinician Dorothy McClure, R.N., on the dangers of undetected heart disease and how to get on the right path toward better heart health.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States. Unlike some diseases, it can be largely predicted and prevented. You could be among the 70 million Americans who have heart disease and don't know it. If you don't find out, you have a 50 percent chance that your first symptom will be a heart attack and death.

Participants attending the seminars may also complete the HeartAware™ online risk assessment and qualify to receive a $50 certificate good for a free heart scan. The HeartAware™ online risk assessment and qualification are preferred to obtain the $50 certificate.

The cost normal cost for this test is $90 and is usually not covered by most insurance companies.

The certificate must be used before August 20, 2011.

The Heart Scan is a CT scan of your heart and takes about 10 minutes. Dorothy McClure will follow up with clients on the outcome in 3-5 Days.
