She consults directly with our Employee Benefits clients on all matters of compliance and leads both internal and external trainings. Jennifer is an attorney and brings a unique perspective as a former Supervisor that worked at the Department of Labor and a Benefits consultant to HR practitioners. She has conducted numerous trainings on ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA to Department of Labor employees, the Department of Justice and to employers that sponsor ERISA-covered plans and brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad perspective to this session.
