It's no secret that the recent passage of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is making benefits program administration ever more complex and time-consuming and has the potential to increase employer costs. The risks associated with noncompliance can result in significant government penalties and costly litigation fees.
This presentation will provide valuable insight on how PPACA can impact your employee benefits plan. This webinar will also give an update on current legislation that needs to be monitored in 2011 along with practical guidance on compliance.
