Movement is SO important to what we are experiencing right now. There is a reason why all native tribes dance in community - movement helps us MOVE ENERGY. Movement helps us process things on the subconscious level and get the issues OUT of our tissues!

An energetic, non-contact, non-partner unstructured form of movement. Move in a safe Sacred Space to release, ground, heal, integrate, guided by the sound of Spirit drums, Sacred TranceChant vocals and your inner dancer.
