Shrag
Fresh from a storming set at this year's Indietracks festival (not to mention a UK tour with The Cribs), Brighton's noise pranksters warm up for the release of their debut album with this free admission show. Expect jagged post punk, ragged electro pop and a bundle of ramshackle, runaway energy, alongside nods to everyone from Le Tigre to Penetration. And if you ask them nicely they might even sell you that album before it hits the shops.

The Gresham Flyers
London-based quintet The Gresham Flyers are the hybrid of their diverse geographical backgrounds (north, midlands, south and Slough) and the best bits of your record collection, all sprinkled with a little sugar - David Gedge fronting an unruly combination of Sparks and Pulp. Their debut album, "Sex With Strangers", came out in May on Cherryade records.

Bonne Idée
Brilliant new (mostly) female fivepiece from Gothenburg, Sweden, whose gorgeous accordion, organ and post-punk guitar songs sound like a twentysomething Those Dancing Days or an art house-loving Dolly Mixtures. This is their debut UK show and we're very very excited to be putting them on.

The Empty Set
A brand new duo from Coventry comprising of a singing acoustic guitar player and a violinist, who create sumptuous, poetic indie folk songs that bristle with discontent. For fans of The Mountain Goats, Ballboy, and early B&S.
