HCAF National Exhibition September 18, 2009

The 2009 HCAF National is an all media exhibition accepting both two and three dimensional entries. Entries will be juried by digital and slide images with well-known artist Jack Ramsey serving as juror.

This exhibition brings in artistic talents from across the U.S.
