Take a guided tour of the mine; learn its history, geology, and the methods used to mine the sandstone. 90-minute, advanced reservation tour: 2 p.m. weekends. 10 a.m. tour for groups of ten or more: weekends (no on-line registration.) First-come, first-served tours: noon and 3 p.m. Registration is required.
