Hawaii abounds in surprises: vibrant people, exotic cultures, exciting history, beautifulseas, and scenic wonders. Discover six of the most beautiful islands on earth: Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai and go beyond the usual, to sites seldom seen.

Travel back hundreds of years to the time when Polynesian explorers sailed the open seas insearch of new lands and arrive on the islands they discovered, today a sporting paradisewhere we'll dive the coral reefs, sail the majestic seas, and surf the ocean waves.

On Oahu, we'll visit famous Waikiki Beach, snorkel in Hanauma Bay, contemplate thetragedy at Pearl Harbor's U.S.S. Arizona Memorial, visit lolani, the only royal Palace in the U.S. and see the sites in the capital of Honolulu.

On Maui, we'll walk along the streets of Lahaina, an old whaling town, drive to the summit ofa sleeping volcano in Haleakala National Park to soak in an unforgettable sunrise experience and explore the pristine rainforest below.

On the Big Island, we'll watch the lava flow at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and explore itsfascinating moonscape and black sand beaches; we'll join the cowboys at Parker Ranch,play on snow-blanketed lava slopes and windsurf on Kona's sunshine coast. Through livinghistory at Pu'uhonau 'O Honaunau National Historical Park, we'll find out how this ancient sanctuary for the condemned, has become a cultural refuge.

The smaller jewels in the string of beautiful Hawaiian Isles includes Kauai where we'll marvelat Waimea Canyon - Grand Canyon of the Pacific, take a riverboat down the scenic WailuaRiver, the only navigable watercourse in Hawaii and experience the grandeur of the ruggedNa Pali Cliffs by sea and air.

On the island of Molokai we'll be moved by the story of FatherDamian and his ministry at the historic Kalaupapa leprosy colony. And finally, we'll relax onLanai's deserted beaches.
