Harvey Reid 'The Master Minstrel" in Concert March 13, 2009

Harvey Reid, “The Master Minstrel” will perform a solo concert on Friday March 13th 8 PM at the Carlsbad Village Theatre, 2822 State St. Carlsbad Village Area. Reid, a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, has honed his acoustic finger-style guitar work over 35 years at countless venues across the nation. He is described as “a one-man history of acoustic music”. This solo concert will showcase his mastery of several instruments and styles of acoustic music from, Hip-Folk to Country, slashing Slide Guitar Blues to Bluegrass, and include his favorite Old-Time, Celtic, Ragtime and Classical works. Harvey’s casual folk-style performance weaves his repertoire of traditional and contemporary songs seamlessly with his own compositions and wry humor. Reid will also introduce his new CD titled: "Blues & Branches", which will be available for the first time on this Tour.
