Harry Shearer is one brazen performer. In addition to being the voice of conic cartoon characters Mr. Burns, Smithers and Ned Flanders on 'The Simpsons,' he has also performed in the hilarious satire films, 'This Is Spinal Tap' and 'A MIghty Wind.'
