Southern Arizona Women's Chorus and University of Arizona's HarpFusion collaborate for a concert of latin, jazz, classical and traditional holiday music.
Experience a unique melding of 12 harps and 60 angels voices. The concert features Benjamin Britten's Ceremony of Carols, originally written for women's voices and harp accompaniment, which has not been performed in Tucson in over 25 years.
UA's HarpFusion has gained international respect as a creative and innovative music ensemble [www.cfa.arizona.edu/harpfusion].
Southern Arizona Women's Chorus is a Tucson-based community chorus, sponsored in part by the Tucson Pima Arts Council, which marks it's 25th Anniversary this season [southernarizonawomenschorus.org].
