There has never been a more hospitable neighbor-hood for jazz and its practitioners than Harlem. Join Loren Schoenberg, Executive Director of The National Jazz Museum in Harlem for a screening of film clips featuring many of the musicians and singers who have graced the neighborhood, including Count Basie, Duke Ellington, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Sarah Vaughan, Thelonious Monk, and Louis Armstrong. Presented in conjunction with Harlem Week. Free with Museum admission.
