Happy Lives was created by Mike Lande in a bedroom in Brooklyn and a basement outside Boston. Using DJ software to play rock music, the band combines live instrumentation and pre-recorded samples triggered by Julian Beel to achieve a full sound with minimal performers and equipment. Live remixes may occur.
