This month’s featured charity is the Family Tree (http://www.thefamilytree.org). Since 1976, Family Tree has provided a broad range of services and shelter to families and youth of metro Denver to overcome child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness.

Happy Hour for Humanity takes traditional social and business networking and blends it with fundraising for local charities. Attendees include career professionals, business owners and nonprofit professionals, who come together to meet and build relationships while giving back to the community. Proceeds from the event go to the featured charity. You can also participate in a silent auction to help raise additional donations for the featured charity.

$30.00 entry fee. Appetizers will be served.

Link to Share, Inc. (http://www.linktoshare.org) is a nonprofit organization, based in the Denver Metro area, that advocates collaboration among nonprofit organizations and the community by raising public awareness of local giving opportunities and by facilitating networking fundraisers where people can make contacts and share ideas while giving back to the community. Beyond the room and food fees, and .50 cents per person for administrative costs, all remaining money collected is donated to the featured charity.
