Hansel and Gretel: the Panto November 29, 2006

Are you looking for a fun night out with the family? It’s become an annual tradition for many people to start their holiday season by enjoying the musical panto presented by the Fraser Valley Gilbert & Sullivan Society. This year the society’s production “skipping through the forest” is “Hansel and Gretel”.

After you “follow the bread crumbs” to the Surrey Arts Centre Theatre, Hansel and Gretel, their father and mother, the witch, and some new panto characters, will treat you to a gingerbread house full of laughs. In typical panto style everyone, even the witch, “lives happily ever after” in the society’s hilarious adaptation of the classic fairy tale.

Tickets $10 for Wednesday and Thursday evenings for Scouts Canada and Girl Guides of Canada and their family's.
$12 and $20 for Saturday and Sunday Matinees
$14 and $22 for Friday and Saturday Evenings
