If you’ve ever wanted to learn the tricks of the trade, expand and enhance your culinary skills or master the essentials of culinary, baking or pastry arts, check out The Professional Culinary Institute’s (PCI) hobby culinary classes. Located in Campbell, CA PCI offers incredible recreational cooking, baking, and wine classes and workshops all available on a weekly basis. Now working with The French Culinary Institute in New York City, PCI’s hobby classes offer an exciting new dynamic.

From novice and seasoned cooks to master chefs, PCI offers a hobby cooking class geared toward every level and interest. PCI’s small student to teacher ratio provides hands-on personalized training and the opportunity to explore a diverse offering in the food and wine world.

Open to children and teens 10-18 years of age.

Spend the morning learning how to make festive and delicious holiday treats. The class will bake two flavors of cupcakes and adorn them with icing and seasonal decorations. They will also learn to mix up the best sugar cookie dough, then cut, bake, and decorate their own holiday cookies. A light lunch will be served at the break.
