This decidedly urban, stylish Harlem eatery accentuates its city feel with spectacular views of the elevated Amtrak line and the Riverside Viaduct. The menu consists of both pelagic fare and some contemporary fusion dishes, prepared by Chef Ricardo Cardona, famous from Jimmy's Bronx Cafe and Lua in Hoboken.
