Halloween Spooktacular - Clark Street in Lincoln Park October 30, 2010

Adults and children in costume are asked to check-in at Halloween Headquarters at 2338 N. Clark Street for FREE refreshments, crafts and games and a map of participating businesses. Trick-or-Treating follows at participating Clark Street establishments. SPOOKTACULAR activities include adult/child costume contests, Halloween inflatables, street magicians, jugglers, balloon artists and more….and the SCARECROWS ON PARADE Festival.

Shoppers enjoy ‘Spooky Savings’ and special promotions at participating retailers and restaurants throughout the day.
