Halloween Parade and Pumpkin Sail October 27, 2007

Attention all trick-or-treaters, ghosts, and goblins! Bring a carved jack-o-lantern (10 pounds or less) and join in this annual event as you parade around the Harlem Meer. Judges will award prizes for the best costumes and the best jack-o-lanterns. The event will conclude with a flotilla of candlelit pumpkins sailing across the Harlem Meer.
