Looking for a safe place to take the kid's trick or treating? Look no further than Scarytown! In addition, there will be a kid's and pet's costume contest for cash, merchandise and gift card prizes. Costume contests start at 3 p.m., Trick or Treating from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
