Halloween Harvest Festival in Arcada. That's about 15 minutes north of Eureka, CA..
Both of these events are big. To go through one event, walking slow and poking around looking at stuff and sitting down to listen to the music and munching on snacks, it'll take a couple hours.
To see both, you'll be tired.
