Hallmark’s “Use Music Summer Tour” at Musikfest 2007 August 10, 2007

Hallmark’ seven-city “Use Music Summer Tour” continues on, traveling to music and summer festivals throughout the country with fun, free, music-oriented activities for the entire family. The tour rolls into Bethlehem, Pa. from August 10th through August 12th, along with Musikfest 2007. At the “Use Music Summer Tour,” fans can participate in interactive activities including a listening station with Hallmark’s Cards with Sound, mock photo shoots with an Entertainment Weekly magazine cover, areas to play against friends on the ultra-popular “Guitar Hero” video game, and Hallmark’s first “Summer Sing-Off” Challenge.

The “Summer Sing-Off” Challenge gives entrants the chance to perform top hits of today and yesterday on stage at the Hallmark tent. The finalist from each city on the “Use Music Summer Tour” will have a video of their performance posted on www.hallmark.com between Sept. 11th and Sept. 18th, at which time Web site visitors can vote for their favorite “rock star” finalist.

Fans can visit the “Use Music Summer Tour” interactive area between August 10th and August 12th at Musikfest 2007. Activities begin at 12:00 p.m. and will continue until 8:00 p.m. The “Summer Sing-Off Challenge” begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, but fans are encouraged to sign up early to ensure a chance to participate.
