Half Shark Half Jesus, Three Way Stereo, & Ty Connor October 16, 2009

After a busy summer, Half Shark Half Jesus returns to the stage at the Axe & Fiddle in Cottage Grove on Friday, October 16. The Eugene alternative rockers spent the summer supporting their second EP, "Hair on Fire", performing at the Lane County Fair, with the Ed Forman Show at Luckey's, and on the road in both Portland and Seattle.

Joining HSHJ at the Axe & Fiddle will be Ty Connor and Three Way Stereo. Connor will be your emcee for the evening, opening the show and performing between bands with his unique brand of sit-down tragedy. Eugene-based indie-retro rockers Three Way Stereo are up next. The foursome, who formed early this year, is gearing up for the release of their new EP, "Everything Is", in December. The entertainment begins at 8:30. 21+up with a $5 cover.
